I did an eyelash extension on Friday with Nel!

Terrible! Oh my!

The process was so long because the lashes was glued onto the natural lash few strands at a time. It was not the usual one whole piece, which I thought it was. Although it was only $10, it was a quite regretful one.

The result of the lash is quite nice, somehow created a double eyelid for me, but super irritating because it's very long and I couldn't stand the pain that it keeps poking onto my upper eyelid.

Yes, I'm too waiting for them to drop.

Haa.. but nevertheless, I had tried on once.

I finally can have long and curly eyelashes!

Today is also Daddy's birthday!

Went to Marina sq to wait for mom until I was so borrrreeedd. From 6pm till 9pm. Omg... I almost walked finished the whole shopping mall and 1.5 hr just past. I can't do anything else except to call someone up and chat. With a slight hope, I tried to call baby, he didn't picked up. Oh well.. too bad he's busy. But a few minutes later, he called back! Chatted for about 20 mins. I was still in the mood of looking for him the day before when he got his night out.

So, I treat family to Bedok's branch Botak Jones to have dinner. But my dad didn't ordered Botak Jones, he ordered "Hor-fan". He's a very traditional chinese, and only likes to eat chinese food.

But he do likes to eat fast food too. I guess that's the maximum extend of western food. He wun touch Japanese food too. Haha.. wonder y, he's so consistant or I can say it as stubborn.

So I ordered another large pizza from another stall to share. Haha... very full I can say. 3 sets of Botak Jones $22 and large pizza $12. I got him a present too. A T-shirt $24. Woot~ he likes it :) yeah!

Finally weekend reached, I really got 2 days of full rest.

So shiok...

Worked as a relief recept for 4 hours on friday as my company ppl went for their D&D, quite an relaxing job anyways...
answering calls, sign and chop received mails, open door for people. Haha... 1st time see the CEO of Haw Par too...
While I was sitting there, I had absolutely nothing to do! I waited for calls and postmen to come in, smsing with nel and at the same time took some photos. haa... just awaiting for 5.30 to reach.

Had dinner and bought pressie at Marina sq den headed to JBar @ M Hotel to celebrate KatZ b'day as we have some complimentary drinks too :)

Her birthday is actually on 23rd April same as my Dad!

Nuffnang

Recently, joined the Nuffnang community with the help from Nel. I'm able to know who is viewing my blog and the number of visitors for the day. Haha... quite interesting though... I realize I've already had 50 unique visitors for just 3 days. lolx...

DIAN XIAO ER

Ytd, bb's parents and me got a dinner treat from baby to "Dian Xiao Er". "Dian Xiao Er" is very famous for it's duck and XO fried rice.
It was so packed, we have to queue up for like half an hour. Upon waiting, we watched the "duck scene"[which means hanged and chopped].

We were really famished at that time. Looking at the ducks made us even more hungrier... Omg... hahas... There were many duck heads hanging and there was this "Ang Mo lady" like nv see duck head before.

I said ~Ang Mo doesn't eat ducks but put ducks in ponds to view and play.
~Chinese kills and eat ducks as delicacy! lol

I forgot to take any photos of the food. Damn.. I must be too hungry that I forget everything. Lol..

We ordered a lot of dishes like the "Shi Quan Duck", "Hunan Promfret", "Mixed Vegetables", "Fish Maw Soup with seafood" and "Prawns", which totals up to a hundred.

We love the food, especially the duck, fish and fish maw soup.

Driving

Tml the start of going for driving lessons again... Hopeful and also Hopeless...

I wanna show you guys this place!

Essentially brew @ Holland Village

The place is wonderful. We went up to the 2nd level of the restaurant and were amazed by the decoration of the layout. We chose the window seat to have the scenery view. But too bad, the scenery was quite a disgrace =x. Haha... other than the layout, the food was fantastic too. We were there in time for the dinner! Look at the pictures below. Bet you would drool... Because the food is pretty too. Haha.. The price was not expensive. $20.95 for a whole set of main course (super big portion), soup and drinks. The food and drinks are all connected to 'TEA', just like its shop name. :)
Seating there for hours chit chatting with friends also not bad... there were many magazines on the rack and also we have cushions!

Friday

I took MC. See doctor. Slept at home. Wonder how's nel fever and cough too...
We are both weak... lol
Meet baby in the evening for dinner and also Kat for movie.
Watched the "Rogue Crocodile". It all takes place at Australia, the human-eating crocs were damn gigantic.
Think I'm afraid of crocs now. Ewww...

Pay Day

I got my first month pay today into my bank account! Delighted! =))
Finally there's some movement in deposition in my bank aft that camp pay. Hahas...

First thing I did with my pay was to treat my baby dinner!
The price was inexpensive as the kind lady boss even gave us a 20% discount secretly!

Their chicken is really of good texture. Cooked to a very just-nice standard. The staffs were mostly Koreans too. *My favourite country! *
Baby was so satisfied that he even asked me to advertise this fine restaurant into my blog =p...

We walked around Orchard. And we really WALKED around orchard. It was my idea because I hadn'tt been walking there since a long tine aft I quit my job at Orchard. So.. walked from Mrt to Taka to Cineleisure to Heeren and then all the way to Plaza Singapura.

But he's wasn't feeling well. Most prob, was due to insufficient rest during his camp. He only had a 2-hr sleep each day. But he still carry on company me the whole day.

Thou shall love him forever...
Such a fine young man...a rare treasure

I'm having a bad cough now...
It's irritating...

because I cant eat any fried or cold food items.
They just make me cough even more...

everyday's work and online, work and online... If you ask me whether I'll choose to study or work, I'll choose study now.

When studying...
Firstly, I do not have to wake so early.
Secondly, I have companions.
Thirdly, I have a life.

I've been working for Haw Par for a month already but I have no friends at all. Nobody around my age. And everyday aft I left work, I need to rush home to have dinner, praying for seats on the train... So it's actually a routine. =/
I dun like it! My motivation of the day would just be the msn chats with nel from 9 to 5 & the salary

Baby's on field camp these 3 days... he didn't get to call me today b4 he went off which I was hoping for. =( He'll sure say me again if I tell him this...
